No they dont gurantee you to work but they have a special course called
Proffissional Program III

the will not only give you the ppl .cpl .ir and mer but will give you the flight instuctor course and this program cost around 80.000 USD excluding food and accomodation

im planning to take the ppl and then see how good is the school on my own view
