السلام عليكم انا بعت رسالة للأردنية بخصوص العقود وكان الرد


Dear Hala,

Attached is the contract that will be signed with you. The e-mails that I am sending are official e-mails. The training period and passing the training exams are the bases for employment.

We have received many e-mails from different persons and we are choosing those who we believe that they will pass the training period.

Moreover you will be subject for interview here in Amman with the management for employment when you come before we send for the training and when you finish the training and pass it the contract will be signed

ونص العقد كالتالي


EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT




This Agreement is entered into by and between Jordan Aviation with it's head office located at Um – Othina P.O. Box 922358, Amman 11192, Jordan herein after called the Corporation of the one part.



And





as Aircraft Crew (Employee)



Whereby it is mutually agreed as follows:



1. Conditions of Service:

The corporation shall employ the employee as Air Hostess (Cabin Crew) and the employee shall in his capacity serve the corporation in any part of the world as required by the corporation, and shall perform at all times such duties in the ground and/or air as the corporation may reasonably require.



2. Requisites:



The employee’s appointment and the continuance of his services are subject to:

a.His / her physical and fitness for work as vetted by an approved CARC (Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission) Doctor.

b.He / she is maintaining all valid licenses (required for operation by the state where the aircraft are registered) presently held and/or obtained after his/her appointment in compliance with corporation requirements .

c.Pass all Jordanian security requirements and clearances .





3.Employee’s Duties;



During the continuance of his/her employment by the corporation, the employee shall:
  • at all times abide by, observe and perform all the provisions of general and local laws and regulations of the locality in which he is working and relating to Civil Aviation as well the Company's Internal Rules and Regulations set forth.
  • Serve the corporation wheresoever required from time to time by the corporation and perform such duties in the air as the corporation may require. The corporation may at any time, require the employee to serve with any other organization with which an agreement has been entered into. In that case the corporation will remain responsible to the employee so that the terms of employment will continue to be in accordance with the provisions of these conditions.
  • Not at any time be absent from duty without the previous consent of the corporation .



4.Remunerations:



The employee will be entitled for Two thousand US Dollars (2000$) per month .







5. Terms of employment;



This contract is for a period of Two years renewable beginning on the date the employee and the corporation sign the contract.

a.For the purpose of this article, the present contract will begin on 2008 and will normally terminated on , 2010.

b.This contract will be Valid only when the employee finish his/her line training which is 50 flying hours and obtain a very good reports from there supervisors during there training period .

c.During the training period and until the employee finish the training period the company will pay for the employee Two hundred JOD (200) JD per month .

d.All employees salaries and allowances should be paid direct to the employee ,tax , Mobile , refreshments , club and social security shall be deducted from the employee .

e.the employee will not be entitled for any perdiemes , night stops and allowance during his traveling / working with the corporation as it is included in the salary shown above.

f.If the employee fails to meet the corporation standards, the corporation has the right to terminate this agreement immediately without any notice given to the employee . In addition the later waives his right to claim any rights accordingly.

g.In case the employee leaves the company before the contract period ends , the employee has to pay for the Corporation for the period of this contract or any renewable the following :

- The cost for any refresher given to the employee by the Corporation.

- The cost of any training given to the employee by the Corporation.

h.Not at any time be absent from duty without the previous consent of the corporation otherwise the period of the operation will be deducted from his/her salary as it is absent from the work .



i.A party who does not wish to renew the contract must notify the other party at least 30 days before the expiry date of the agreement or any renewable .

j.In case of the renewal, the contract are being renewed will be for the same period under the same conditions.



6. Medical Benefits:



a. The employee shall be entitled for (24) hours full accident coverage in case of loss of life from an accident while flying.

b. The employee shall be entitled for medical coverage including hospitalization or doctor's visit when inside and /or outside base (as per the current policy available) provided that the Employee shall pay / bear the required monthly payments which will be deducted from his salary.


7. Days off:



The employee shall be entitled for 14 days paid leaves per year .







8. Law disputes:



Jordanian Laws and the competent courts of Amman- Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of this Contract.
