Flight Attendant Base Supervisors
Flight Attendant Base Supervisors (Dammam Base)
Sama is looking for a Dynamic person to lead a young professional team of Flight attendants to make Sama in-flight services a leader in hospitality and customer service in the region. You will be based in Dammam and lead 70 – 100 Flight attendant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As SFA and additionally:
§ To manage a team of 70 - 100 Flight Attendants.
§ Responsible for the individual performance of each Flight Attendant within the team.
§ To monitor sickness records, absenteeism and no shows and take action as determined by Sama policies.
§ To coach and mentor Flight Attendants conducting at least one assessment flight for each Flight Attendant within the team every 06 months.
§ To conduct an annual appraisal on all Flight Attendants within the team.
§ To cover operational shifts in the crew room to be available to manage and ensure that high standards of appearance, operational readiness and performance are maintained.
§ To ‘Talent spot’ Flight Attendants for promotion to SFA or from SFA to Flight Attendant Instructors.
§ To participate in departmental meetings and projects as directed by the Head of In-Flight Service or Flight Attendant Base Leader.
§ To monitor Flight Attendant welfare issues and provides feedback to the In-Flight Service Manager or Flight Attendant Team Leader responsible for the base.
§ To conduct exit interviews of Flight Attendants.
§ To participate in Flight Attendant recruitment; and to deputise for the In-Flight Services manager or Flight Attendant Base Leader if required.
Qualification:
Qualified Senior Flight Attendant.
Ability to maintain Flight Attendant license.
Supervisory experience, Team Manager or equivalent.
Fluency in written and spoken English

Flight Attendant Team Leader
Flight Attendant Team Leader (Dammam Base)
Sama is looking for a strong and energetic leader who must pursue the high road, inspire a young professional team of Flight attendants to make Sama’s In-flight Services a leader in hospitality and customer service in the region. At the same time, he must also run a tight ship and possess the management skills for strong implementation & continuous quality improvement.
Role and Responsibilities:
§ To manage and have accountability for the operation of a Flight Attendant base within the Sama network. To be an active part of the base management team.
§ Flight Attendant performance relating to on-time performance.
§ To manage performance of Base Supervisors by ensuring that their teams perform to the standards set by Sama.
§ To deputise for the In-Flight Service Manger as required.
§ To monitor Flight Attendant welfare issues.
§ To monitor lines of flying as published by Operations ensuring that fairness in rostering is achieved.
§ To participate in Flight Attendant recruitment.
§ To conduct base meetings with Flight Attendants every six months; and
· To manage resource levels at the base and liaise with the In-Flight Service Manager to ensure that sufficient Flight Attendants are recruited and trained in all ranks.

Qualifications:
Qualified Senior Flight Attendant.
Ability to maintain Flight Attendant license.
Management, Supervisory experience, Team Manager or equivalent.
Fluency in written and spoken English
