A plane crashed into a house Monday in Miramar, Florida, killing two people. According to NBC Miami, the plane went down in the 2200 block of Jamaica Drive, not far from North Perry Airport. Miramar Police spokesperson Tania Rues said two people who were on board the plane were pronounced dead at the scene. Video from the scene shows the plane crashed into the side of a home. The emergency response to the crash was complicated by power lines tangled around the plane. Crews had to wait for Florida Power and Light to deactivate the grid so the wreckage was safe to approach.
