A new invention in the field of rescue plane and its passengers and crew and the reduction of disasters aircraft, is a runway for emergency landing (air strip) functions to protect the lives and ensure the safety of passengers and crew in difficult and critical situations during an emergency landing of a private plane, in case of failure of tires or during the descent of heavy rain and snow, making it difficult to control the movement of the aircraft in the runway, to the plane and brakes could not work effectively and vulnerable to sliding or something like that, which results an accident (catastrophe) endanger the safety of the passengers for an imminent threat in addition to the financial losses.
The cathode component of wheels the same size of plane tires juxtaposed side by side and along the runway, in the middle of the runway longitudinal vacuum as far as the size of the front frame of the aircraft equivalent (one meter) and also padded barrier for both sides from the inside while the descent front wheel or in the case could not be returned at the same time working to not swing plane to the left or right and maintain a balance, and the last two rows of side runway wheels moving can be removed or moved either manually or automatically (if desired) to commensurate with the size rear wheels, as well as when the plane makes an emergency landing and in the case landing could not be possible on wheels, so that plane lands on a swing directly moving on it until the plane stops completely, and the technicians at the airport move to the middle of the runway using mobile pulling equipments (winch) in the mobile part itself in the runway which can be separated from the rest of the runway to allow the removal ill fated plane to the maintenance workshop. The following graphics illustrate practical mechanism for the invention of swing planes.
Although there are some inventions serve the same purpose but it has not been applied in practice, and we strongly believe that due to it's exorbitant costs or for other reasons. Therefore, the presentation of this invention (swing) has a lot of features and few of them are summarized as following: -
1. Receiving all types of Boeing and Airbus aircraft and even super jumbo giant as well as most of the military aircrafts.
2. Receiving aircraft in case of an emergency landing or when its wheels can not be brought down fully or partially.
3. In the middle of the runway moving part the size of the plane could be removed and separated from the runway to move the plane to the maintenance workshop, whether self or with the help of pulling cart (Winch) used at airports it means that there is no need to use giant cranes to move the workshop.
4- It can be used all the times it means that it does not require any complex and heavy equipment, especially we need in case of an emergency where the plane is in a state of confusion in an emergency landing.
5. Swing can be made with simple and traditional equipment and non-expensive and especially using large number of tires, whether new or used to reduce expenses as much as possible.
6. You do not need to swing sophisticated or complicated equipment, subsequently an expensive maintenance is not required.
7. You can use the runway (swing) in the different weather, like heavy rain or heavy snow or pool of water or snow that hinder the safe landing of plane at the airport. In such cases there will be an urgent need to clean the runway continuously, thus an urgent need for such runway (swing) being high from the ground is eminent.
8. Foam nozzles can be installed using long hoses in the bottom of the swing tires, so in case of fire, there is no need of fire fighting vehicles to follow the plane until the final stoppage. Of course, it depends on the interest.
9. A tire swing also can be used all for times for training, and it is very easy, does not require special skills of the pilots, and any normal pilot can use it.
10. Can receive as well as the case of a forced landing, just some simple equipment.
