Dear Dr. Saleh
Seeking your assistant to clarify for me the following point according to IATA Involuntary re-rerouting.
Please clarify for me in which type of tickets are acceptable for involuntary rerouting, incase of involuntary rerouting happened, as you know there are several type of tickets which are issued with different fare base, such as free tickets, FFP tickets, tickets with diplomatic discount or managers discount with 50% or higher discount, government discounted tickets, Etc,,, and some of these tickets issued with cash payment and some of them as invoice and some of them with zero fare, or free.
My question is that, Incase of involuntary reissue happened, for any reasons, and passengers contacted airline sales office holding that various type of tickets,
can I apply involuntary rerouting on all types of tickets or there is/are some type of tickets are excepted ( not valid or not acceptable for involuntary rerouting )
