1123SPEED CONTROL MINIMA
Controllers shall not apply speed restrictions other than
those specified below without the consent of the pilot
A) aircraft operating from FL 280 to 10,000 feet inclusive, not less than 250 KTs;
B) turbojet aircraft operating below 10,000 feet, not less than 210 KTs
except 20 NM of the aerodrome of intended landing,
this shall be that, within reduced to 170 KTs;
C) propeller aircraft operating below 10,000 feet, not less than 190 KTs
except that, within 20 NM of the aerodrome of intended landing,
this shall be reduced to 150 KTs; and
D) departure aircraft, not less than 230 KTs for
all aircraft with this performance capability
