Student responsiblities to maintain the guarantee:
CHECK RIDE FEES
1. Must train 2 flight missions per day 5 days a week ( No less than 40 missions per month

2. Must make up any lost flight time due to illness, weather or maintenance that week on average.
Commercial Courses
3. Must also fly at least 1 flight per day while attending ground school.

4. Must take and pass all exams when they are scheduled.
5. Must show up prepared and on time for everyscheduled event as per the FOM.
BOOKS & SUPPLIES
6. Must study everyday even when no homework is assigned.

7. Must pass ground school on first attempt.

8. Must have appropriate money available to maintain the block rate for training at all times.

9. Must pass at least 85% of ALL missions on first attempt.

1. If student is sick for an extended period of time (more than 2 days) a doctor's note
must be presented upon return to training.

3. Student cannot be fighting, cheating or breaking any federal laws or school rules

4. Student must fly the aircraft listed to receive the price guarantee as listed.

Initials
1. Fuel surcharges are subject to change with fuel price changes. Fuel is included up to $4.50/ Gal.
2. Above figures reflect costs for hours of flight and instructor time as noted, we do not guarantee
student will obtain all anticipated ratings in specified time.
3. Housing & Transportation beyond 6 months will be charged at the current monthly rate.
A 30 day notice to move out of the apartment can be turned in after 6 months.
4. Transportation from and to DFW International Airport is $100 each way.
5. The Program Pricing is subject to change if all conditions of the payment schedule are not met.
6. TSA, fingerprints and any other government fees not included in total price.
7. If SP's weight is more than 200 lbs. than SP will have to fly the C172 increasing course cost by about $5,500.
8. Switching out Cessna aircraft for Diamond aircraft will increase course cost by about $6,000
