thoes who will graduate with in next few monthes they will exmpt them from the requirements if they graduate from any where but the philpeen and if u see the new rules there is a pargraph that says...

it is not about the age nor the high school grade it's about some ppl who came and bought the licencese and thelog from philpeen

حقيقة لا اعلم من اين لكن كل ما استطيع ان اقوله ان العمليه هي ارتجال في عشوائيه مع عدم وجود قوانين القرار لو صدر يجب ان يكون غير مؤثر الا بعد 10 اشهر من صدوره لاعطاء الفرصه...

my friend father went yesterday to the human resource and they have assured that for him i know for sure that this is not ligal because it should'nt be effictive on those who have started school...
