لدي مشكلة في الحجز

السلام عليكم

بالله يا جماعه ابى مساعده

عندي مشكلة لما احجز اي مقعد على الخطوط البنقالية مع انو في امكانيه

بيرفض وبيديني الرساله دي

BG 038 J 25JUL 6 JEDCGP NOT AVAILABLE AND WAITLIST CLOSED

جربت في اكثر من يوم وفي فترات مختلفه كلها نفس النتيجه

اللي يعرف الحل بالله يساعدني

This also happend when agents would waitlist a lower class and hold a confirmed Y. If the WL didnt clear, the pax would still travel.

, if the class is showing waitlist open, in some cases (I think its carrier specific) it will revert automatically to PE/LL.
