أفاد مسؤولون في تايلاند بأن طائرة تدريب خفيفة تحطمت اليوم الخميس، ما أسفر عن مقتل الأشخاص الثلاثة الذين كانوا على متنها. وتحطمت الطائرة "دايموند دي.إيه42- توين ستار" بعد دقائق من إقلاعها في رحلة تدريب روتينية بإقليم ناخون فانوم (730 كيلومترا شمال شرق بانكوك). وذكر مسؤول الشرطة الكولونيل مانوب مونينج، أن الطيار أرسل إشارة لبرج المراقبة بعد الإقلاع بقليل تفيد بأنه يواجه عطلا في محرك الطائرة، وتحطمت الطائرة بعد ذلك بدقائق.

Three people were killed on Thursday 02 Jun 2016, when a twin-engine aircraft crashed into a rice field in Thailand’s central Kanchanaburi Province, The Bangkok Post reports.
According to the newspaper, the small DA42 training aircraft, operated by the International Aviation College Nakhon Phanom, crashed in the Muang district after the pilot reported that the plane’s engine was on fire.
According to The Bangkok Post, the pilot requested to make an emergency landing after reporting that the engine was on fire and the control tower was preparing to assist the pilot when all contact with the plane was lost.
