ok i'll start for a weakness question, of course never answer them your real weakness. that would go against you. you can try an advantage or a habit that they admire in a job or a personality, & pretend that it's your weakness. like you say you do have a bad habit that you always try to arrive on time, or before time with 5 min. that isn't always easy for you to do, so you sometimes have to make an extra effort to do this habit... you can impress them with this BAD habit https://www.cabincrew.com/ccnetwork/smileys/smiley2.gif
i was prepared to answer it :) u can say "My weakness is chocolate, when I see tht bar of chocolate filled with caramel & nuts I cant stand cant stop myself. Im tryin now to work on it as i know if i eat 2 much chocolate i'll be fat, so once a week i allowed myself to eat some 50 -100gr of sweets or chocolates, but 3 times a week I go to gym" u can answer smth like tht, there r no right or wrong answers, just talk, do not keep silence!https://www.cabincrew.com/ccnetwork/smileys/smiley2.gif |

I mean if your answer was related to some UGLY experience, don't say it. Try to imagine a NICER one However you have always the possibility not to answer YES it's better NOT to answer at all than giving a bad impression... just try to find the kind way to say that you don't have an answer. For instance you may say: "Let's see! Hmmmmm the worst feedback I've ever got hmm!!? well sir, I really can't remember any thing related to such situation...etc *Hope this was useful* |

Totally right! Recruiters are highly trained to easily realize wether or not you're lieing to them My point was; IT'S BETTER NOT TO ANSWER, IF YOU HAVE AN ANSWER WHICH SHOWS YOUR FLAWS. When you say you don't have an answer relevant to the question, it can be an answer in itself, since you DONT KEEP SILENT On the other hand, sometimes you really don't have an answer. You feel that you've never experienced that kind of situation (bad feedback, most difficult situation, unrealistic demand, something that recently annoyed you, when you've produced some poorwork...) Then you're not lieing!? *i wish i'm making myself understandable |

يعطيك العافية ياسمر وشكرا لكل من شارك بهذا الموضوع في نوع من الاسئلة يكون استفزازي ولابد اننا نتعود على الاسئلة هاذي ودعونا نطرح امثلة هنا مثلا كم عمرك ؟ هل تعتقدي ان سنك مناسب لمهنة الضيافة ؟؟ هل تعتقدي انك تستطيعي التعامل مع جميع الشخصيات ؟ ماذا كنتي تعملين بالسابق ؟ وهل ترين ان مؤهلاتك مقنعة وجيدة مقارنة بزميلاتك المتقدمات ؟ لماذا لستي مهتمة اكثر بمظهرك الشخصي مقارنة بزميلاتك ؟ مالذي تفعلينه في حالة قيام راكب بالتلفظ عليكي ؟ هذه مثال على الاسئلة الاستفزازية التي يجب ان تتعودو على التعامل معها لانه لابد ان يقوم السائل بالاستفزاز لاختبار اعصابك وقوة تحكمك في تصرفاتك اتمنى ان احد يجاوب على الاسئلة هاذي |

Airlines interview it's not about grab attention, it's about confidence, how confidence are you talking to stranger. it's like building a rappor with someone. and then talking about that person to the group, just to see how you can talk confidently in fron of people, it's like talking to 200 pax in the plane. IF you like shop there's nothing wrong in that. everyone have a hobbies. so you should be please of yourself that you have something to share with people. and you open about it. Why do you want to join us?
You are facing the interview and things are going great. Just when you think it is about to finish, the interviewer asks, 'what are the reasons you want to work here?' If you are not prepared for this question ' it could be devastating. This is why it is imperative that you be prepared for this. How? By researching in the company, in its past, in its present, in its plans for future. Though the answer is seemingly simple, i.e. you want to work there because it is a good place to work in and you can do a good job there, it actually is not so simple to put it across in such a way that it should boost your chances to land the job. When you answer this question you should keep in mind that the aim of this interview is to find the best fit candidate for the job. Remember that everything that you say should centre on that aspect. Hence, when you answer this question you need to describe how your past experience, skills and expertise made you think that you could be an effective and efficient member of the company's team Keep in mind that whatever you say should focus on your fit with the company and not vice-versa. The interviewer should be left with the impression that you have done your homework and are convinced that you can be a useful part of the team. Project yourself as a willing and deserving candidate who can promote the aim and goals of the company. And that should be your answer, i.e. a person who want to be part of the company because they believe they can be part of its growth |

how are u ?? the first day when i know this forum i hoped that some one put all interview's questions in english because in this part of forum really that's what we need to know in order to pass our interviews very easily really as rabab sayed that our first language in morocco is frensh and for me this subject will helps us to improve our english level.. thank u so much saso..& considerate me as a following i'll try too to answer to some questions why not especially me because i did one interview with saudi airlines this year.. |
