أجبر تسرب مياه إل داخل كابينة الركاب في إحدى الطائرات الضخمة قائدها إلى العودة إلى المطار من جديد وذلك بعد ساعة كاملة من إقلاعها.
وكانت الطائرة التابعة لشركة كوانتاس للخطوط الجوية تقوم برحلة من لوس انجلوس إلى استراليا لكنها اتخذت القرار بالعودة للمطار بعد أن غمرت المياه الحمامات وخرجت إلى الممرات.
وقال المتحدث الرسمي لشركة كوانتاس للخطوط الجوية بأن تسرب الماء لم يهدد حياة الركاب ولكن قائد الطائرة اتخذ قرار العودة لتأمين راحة الركاب فقط.

Qantas A380 makes air turn back due to water leak

A Qantas Airways' Airbus A380 had to make an air turn back an hour after take-off on 2 July because of a "water leak" on board.
The aircraft, registered VH-OQD, was operating flight QF94 on the Los Angeles-Melbourne route when the incident happened.
When contacted, Qantas would only say that the issue is "being fixed" by engineers in Los Angeles, and that it is working with Airbus to understand what caused the water leak.
“There were no safety of flight concerns with the water leak, however the captain decided to return to LA in the interests of passenger comfort,” adds the spokesman.
Videos online show water gushing down the A380 stairway which connects the aircraft's main and upper decks, down the aisles and also dripping from the overhead compartments.
Flightglobal’s Ascend Fleets database shows that the Rolls-Royce Trent 900-powered aircraft was built in 2008 and owned by QF ECA 2008-2 Pty Ltd.
